Our Featured Highlights
We build a foundation of excellence through precision, safety, and superior craftsmanship. With proven results in the field: Explore key highlights from our recent on going constructions
Soil Investigation
This test measures the soil's resistance and frictions at various depths. We perform this high pressure test to accurately map the soil layers and load bearing capacity. A building is only as strong as the ground beneath it
Fabrication of Pile Cages
Concrete is excellent at resisting compression, but needs steel to handle tension and bending forces. This process involves assembling heavy-duty steel reinforcements bars into cylindrical cages before pouring concrete to create a reinforced concrete. This gives the deep foundation the skeletal strength it needs to support the building's weight.
Piling
When the surface soil isn't strong enough to hold a heavy building, Piles act as the ultimate anchor as they transfer the entire weight of the structure safely to the deeper, stronger ground level. Piling process involves driving and drilling deep vertical columns (made of concrete, steel, or wood) far into the ground.
Pile Integrity Testing
Pile Integrity Testing is a non-destructive quality control method used to check the "health" of a pile after it has been installed. Using Specialised sonic sensors and a hand-held hammer, we send sound waves down through the concrete column to map it's internal structure
